We purchased this for our recent graduate. He is attending college and wanted something other than a backpack. He loved this bag and it looks stylish, without the added weight of some of the other leather bags on the market. Chunky, quality zipper and love the soft lining.

This is a quality product, very nice supple leather.

I ordered this briefcase a few weeks ago after reading favorable reviews on dappered.com and comparing it with some of the competitors. It is well constructed with good leather; I opened the box to the lovely smell of full grain leather wafting out. It has a good weight to it, without being too heaving, and is just big enough to carry what I need for a day at the office (laptop, folio, headphones, wallet, pens, and a phone). If you tend to carry a lot for your EDC, then this may not be the bag for you. But I think its perfect.

An additional nice touch (not directly related to the bag) was that it came with a personal note from the owner referencing a conversation I had with customer service a few days before I purchased the bag. That they remembered me and took the time to handwrite a note is either proof of their excellent customer care or that my questions were super annoying. I will assume the former.

Simple, elegant, high quality craftsmanship. I would purchase this again but it would have to be as a gift for someone else because they can’t have mine! Keep up the great work, WP Standard!
