Product looked and felt nice but did not work out. Shoes are extremely narrow did an exchange for the biggest size then eventually had to return. This was purchase for a female who wears a size 7 medium with and the size 9-10 was a fail 🙁

Best slippers I’ve ever had - great quality - great comfort

It makes us GRUMPY to have to write this. Long story short. Nothing was delivered on time. When it finally did arrive..it went to the wrong address with the wrong names and some items are floating around the state of Arkansas. It was a nightmare of a very large purchase that wrecked our planned holiday pictures. The company has ZERO traffic if you look on Facebook and Instagram, terrible delayed customer service, and have the most uncomfortable slippers on the planet. Like heel bruising. Oh. And their phone number ..yeh it goes to Saddleback Leather. A totally different company. If you do buy these ..don’t you dare walk on carpet or prepared to do a header. Slippery as snot. Definitely a super frustrating experience. All because we thought we were supporting a USA small business. Nope. Not the case.
