So I like this bag, and plan to keep it, but I’m pretty disappointed by the leather texture. I ordered the olive pebble because of the texture; it’s not bad quality leather by any means, and the color is correct—but it is not pebbled. It’s smooth. I ordered 3 items from WP Standard, but 2 out of 3 items were not as described/expected.

I’m able to fit my card wallet, eyedrops, a truncated version of my keys (usually I have keys for my parents’ and for work clipped onto my regular house/mailbox/car set—this bag won’t fit allll of that lol. Just the house/mailbox/car) inside the zippered compartment. Then my phone (iPhone 16 Pro) slides snugly in the outer pocket (hopefully still a snug fit once the leather breaks in).

The wrist loop is perfectly sized. Wide enough to feel sturdy, but not so wide that it feels uncomfortable. The length of the loop is big enough to easily slip your hand in (I have pretty large hands, and wear L/XL women’s gloves, or M men’s gloves, for reference); but not so large that it feels like it’ll might slip off or feel uncomfy to hold the bag while wearing it over your wrist.

Also nice that the wrist loop is its own separate piece, so you can use it as a wrist loop for other items that you’re able to clip it onto (keys, AirPods case, your phone, etc).

I don’t know what’s up with WP Standard and if they’re always like this (this was my first experience ordering/buying anything from them), but their item descriptions and pictures for 2 out of 3 of my ordered items were misleading (this item and the XL Sling), and/or my order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Again, the leather quality and workmanship seems really nice, and the price point is very reasonable for what you receive. However, I did not receive what I ordered. If I had ordered and expected smooth olive leather, I would’ve been very pleased and rated this 5 stars.
