Great guitars in history-Trigger

I've always gravitated to the worn-in, beat up aesthetic. Some people may look at Willie Nelson's 1960 Martin N-20 and see it as a victim of abuse. No my friends, this is what love looks like.  For over 40 years Willie Nelson has played Trigger (a nod to Roy Roger's horse) at every show and on every album he has recorded. That is devotion. Among the names carved upon its spruce top are Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson, and Leon Russell. Not bad company.

Now I'm not advocating taking a belt sander to your shiny new Taylor, but remember, the ultimate expression of love towards your guitar is to use it.
